1. Raffle Entry 

1.1 The ‘Emarat Treasure' campaign is open to individuals who are residents of the United Arab Emirates and aged 18 years and above ("Participants").  

1.2 Participants must download and register on the EmCan Loyalty App, available on iOS, Android and Huawei platforms.  

1.3 To enter the digital raffle, participants must spend a minimum of AED 80 on fuel or AED 35 on non-fuel purchases excluding Salik, cigarettes, and other rechargeable card services.  

1.4 All Emarat stations are eligible for the raffle except Jadaf, Khawanij , DCT, Jumeirah, Abu Hail  

  

2. Duration of the ‘Emarat Treasure’ Campaign  

2.1 The campaign will run from October 19th, 2023 until November 16th, 2023 at 12:00 pm. (the "Campaign Period").  

2.2 Emarat reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.  

   

3. Eligibility  

3.1 Participation in the ‘Emarat Treasure’ campaign is open to all individuals who meet the entry requirements stated in section 1.1.   

3.2 The Emarat project team working on the campaign is excluded from the raffle.  

 

4. Prizes  

4.1 Four winners will receive 50 grams of gold each.  

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other goods or services.  

4.3 Emarat reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.  

   

5. Drawing of Entries and Winner Selection  

5.1 The drawing of entries will take place after the Campaign Period has ended.  

5.2 One winner will be drawn every Thursday (for 4 weeks) to win 50 grams of gold. Raffle draw dates: October 26th, November 2nd, November 9th, and November 16th.   

5.3 Participants who haven’t won will still be eligible to enter the raffle before the end of the 4th week. 

5.4 Participants who won once are not eligible to enter the raffle again. 

5.5 The draw will be conducted digitally every Friday at an Emarat service station (EmCan, raffle). 

5.6 The winners will be randomly selected through a digital raffle governed by Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).  

5.7 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during app registration within 14 days of the draw.  

5.8 If the winner cannot be contacted within 60 days or fails to provide the necessary documentation, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected after the alignment with the regulator.  

 

6. Redemption of Prize  

6.1 The winner must provide official proof of identity and any other requested documents within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.  

6.2 The winner will be required to visit a designated Emarat location to receive the prize.  

6.3 The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and interviews, for the purpose of promoting the ‘Emarat Treasure' campaign.  

6.4 Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe or comply with the redemption process will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited.  

  

7. Limitation of Liability  

7.1 Emarat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Participant's entry into the campaign or use of the prize.  

7.2 Participants acknowledge that participation in the campaign is at their own risk.  

7.3 While this raffle will be advertised on our EmCan Mobile App, Apple is not a sponsor. Apple is not involved in any way with the sweepstakes nor the campaign.  

 

8. Modification and Termination  

8.1 Emarat reserves the right to modify or terminate the ‘‘Emarat Treasure' campaign at any time without prior notice.  

8.2 In the event of modification or termination, Emarat shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to participants.  

 

9. Governing Law  

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
