1. Participation in the Raffle

1.1 The Digital Raffle for “Emarat Winter Rewards” is open to UAE nationals and residents aged 18 years and above (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”).

1.2 Participants must download the EmCan loyalty application and register for the program. The application is available on the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), and Huawei AppGallery.

1.3 To qualify for entry into the raffle, Participants must complete one of the following at participating Emarat stations:

• Spend a minimum of AED 80 on fuel in a single transaction; or
• Spend a minimum of AED 30 on non-fuel purchases, including station convenience stores, car wash services, and Lube Express oil change services.

Excluded purchases include Salik, cigarettes, and recharge service cards.

1.4 The raffle is valid at all Emarat service stations except the following locations: Al Jaddaf, Al Khawaneej, DCT, Jumeirah, and Abu Hail.

1.5 Winners of the First Prize (Skywards Miles) must download and register on the Skywards Everyday application operated by Emirates Airline.

 

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Digital Raffle campaign for “Emarat Winter Rewards” will run from 17 December 2025 until 13 February 2026 at 12:00 PM (the “Campaign Period”).

2.2 Emarat reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Participation in the Digital Raffle is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Clause 1.1.

3.2 Employees of Emarat directly involved in the planning, execution, or management of the campaign are excluded from participating in the raffle.

 

4. Prizes

4.1 The Digital Raffle will include the following prizes:

First Prize – Skywards Miles

A total of 1,000,000 Emirates Skywards Miles, awarded to three winners as follows:

• First Winner: 500,000 Skywards Miles
• Second Winner: 250,000 Skywards Miles
• Third Winner: 250,000 Skywards Miles 

Second Prize – Vespa Motorcycles

Three (3) Vespa VXL 150cc motorcycles, Each winner will receive one motorcycle:

• Vespa VXL 150cc – Blue
• Vespa VXL 150cc – Red
• Vespa VXL 150cc – White

4.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.

4.3 Emarat reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value, at its discretion.

 

5. Draw Process & Winner Selection

5.1 The electronic raffle draw will be conducted at the end of the Campaign Period to select eligible winners.

5.2 Winners will be selected randomly through a digital raffle conducted under the supervision of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

5.3 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during app registration within 14 days from the draw date.

5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 60 days, or fails to submit the required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected in coordination with the relevant regulatory authority.

6. Prize Collection

6.1 Winners must present a valid Emirates ID or official identification and any additional documents required within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.

6.2 Winners must visit an Emarat service station designated by the Company to collect the prize.

6.3 As a condition of prize acceptance, winners may be required to participate in promotional and media activities related to the campaign, including but not limited to photography, video recordings, and interviews, for marketing and promotional purposes.

6.4 Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe or to comply with these Terms & Conditions will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Emarat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Digital Raffle or the use of any prize.

7.2 Participation in the Digital Raffle is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

7.3 While the raffle is promoted via the EmCan application, Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor involved in, the campaign or the raffle in any manner.

8. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

8.1 Emarat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Digital Raffle or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Emarat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such changes.

 

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 The Digital Raffle is governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Federal Courts of the UAE
