1. Eligibility
This voucher program is open to all customers making qualifying purchases at participating locations.

2. Earning Vouchers
2.1. A customer is entitled to receive one (1) voucher per qualifying transaction.
2.2. A qualifying transaction is any single transaction with a minimum spend of AED 100 (one hundred UAE Dirhams).
2.3. Only one (1) voucher will be issued per transaction, regardless of the total amount spent. For example, a single transaction of AED 200, AED 300, or any amount exceeding AED 100 will still yield only one (1) voucher.
2.4. Customers may earn multiple vouchers by completing separate qualifying transactions.

3. Redemption
3.1. Each voucher is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.
3.2. Vouchers not redeemed within the seven-day validity period will expire automatically and carry no residual value.
3.3. Expired vouchers cannot be renewed, extended, or exchanged.
