1.1. UAE nationals and residents aged 18 and above are eligible to participate in the "World Cup Challenge" digital draw campaign (hereinafter "Participants"). 

1.2. Participants must download and register on the EmCan loyalty programme app, available on the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), and Huawei AppGallery. 

1.3. To enter the draw, Participants must spend a minimum of AED 100 on fuel or AED 30 or more on non-fuel purchases at participating Emarat stations, then scan the QR code in the EmCan app after each qualifying transaction and correctly answer the weekly question. 

1.4. The draw applies at all Emarat stations except: Al Jaddaf, Al Khawaneej, Jumeirah, and Abu Hail.

2.1. The "World Cup Challenge" campaign runs from 8 June to 19 July 2026, at 12:00 PM (the "Campaign Period"). 

2.2. Emarat reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.

3.1. The draw is open to all individuals who meet the conditions set out in Clause 1.1. 

3.2. Emarat staff directly involved in running the campaign are excluded from participation.

4.1. Six prizes will be awarded to six winners per weekly draw. Each winner receives AED 1,000 in EmCoins credited to their EmCan loyalty app account. Total prize value: AED 6,000.

5.1. The electronic draw will be conducted weekly on the following Mondays: 15 June, 22 June, 29 June, 6 July, 13 July, and 20 July 2026. 

5.2. Winners are selected randomly via a digital draw conducted under the supervision of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. 

5.3. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at app registration within 14 days of the draw date. 

5.4. If a winner cannot be reached within 60 days or fails to submit required documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected in coordination with the regulatory authority.

6.1. The draw winner must present a valid Emirates ID or equivalent identification document, along with any other required documents, within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. 

6.2. The winner must visit an Emarat station designated by the Company to collect the prize. 

6.3. As a condition of prize collection, the winner may be required to participate in media and promotional activities, including but not limited to: photographs, videos, and interviews for the purposes of promoting the "World Cup Challenge" campaign.

6.4. If the prize is not claimed within the stated period, or if the winner fails to comply with the prize collection terms, the prize shall be deemed void and no further claims will be accepted.

7.1. Emarat shall not be liable in any manner for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the campaign or use of the prize. 

7.2. Participants acknowledge that their entry and participation in the campaign is entirely at their own risk. 

7.3. While this draw will be promoted via the EmCan app, Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of and has no involvement in the draw or the campaign in any capacity.

8.1. The "World Cup Challenge" digital draw campaign is governed by its terms and conditions and by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent federal courts of the UAE.
