These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rayna Tours discount available on the EmCan mobile application. By using this feature, you agree to these Terms, along with the EmCan’s general Terms & Conditions and Loyalty Program Rules. 

 

2. Eligibility 

To access this offer, you must: 

• Be a registered EmCan member. 
• Hold an active Silver or Gold Tier loyalty status. 
• Book eligible services via the Rayna Tours section within the EmCan app. 

3. Offer Details 

• Silver Tier: 20% discount on eligible Rayna Tours products. 
• Gold Tier: 30% discount on eligible Rayna Tours products. 
• Discount applies only when bookings are made through EmCan. 

 

4. How to Redeem 

• Log into your EmCan account. 
• Navigate to the Rayna Tours section and select your service. 
• The discount will be automatically applied at checkout based on your Tier. 

  

5. Partner Terms – Rayna Tours 

Rayna Tours, as the EmCan Travel partner, commits to: 

• Providing exclusive tier-based discounts for EmCan members, with greater benefits for higher tiers. 
• Maintaining a smooth and functional booking portal, including accurate pricing, updated offers, and real-time availability. 
• Offering responsive customer support for inquiries, cancellations, and refunds. 

All bookings are fulfilled by Rayna Tours and are subject to their service terms, refund policies, and operational schedules. EmCan is not liable for any travel or booking-related issues. 

6. Booking Conditions & Limitations 

• Discounts apply to selected tours and activities offered by Rayna Tours. 
• Silver and Gold Tier users must access the offer via EmCan and complete their bookings through the "See Offers" link, which redirects to the Rayna Tours landing page. 
• The discount is valid only for bookings made through this redirection process. 
• Discounts are not combinable with other offers and are not valid for visa services, flights, or hotel bookings. 
• Discounts are subject to availability, seasonal restrictions, and may change without prior notice. 

7. Changes & Cancellations 

• Bookings are subject to Rayna Tours’ standard cancellation and refund policies. 
• Discounts are valid only during the active partnership period. 
• In the event of cancellation or refund, the discounted amount may be adjusted in accordance with Rayna Tours’ refund rules. 

 

8. Modifications and Termination 

EmCan and/or Rayna Tours may modify or discontinue this Offer at any time, without prior notice. Changes may include: discount value, eligible services, or user eligibility criteria. 

9. Fraudulent Activity 

Abuse of the discount feature, false Tier representation, or use of multiple accounts may lead to disqualification from the offer, suspension of the EmCan account, or both. 

10. Liability Disclaimer 

EmCan shall not be held responsible for any damages, delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction arising from the services provided by Rayna Tours. Users agree to engage with Rayna Tours at their own discretion and are encouraged to review each booking’s terms before confirmation. 

11. Data Sharing 

By using the Rayna Tours feature, you consent to the sharing of limited personal information (such as your Tier status and user ID) with Rayna Tours solely for booking and eligibility validation purposes. 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising under or in relation to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
