1. Raffle Entry  

1.1 The ‘Win With Shamil’ campaign is open to individuals who are residents of the United Arab Emirates and aged 18 years and above ("Participants").   

1.2 To enter the manual raffle, participants must spend AED 150 on vehicle inspection services at any of the following locations: Shamil Al Joud, Shamil Al Ehsan, Shamil Um Al Quwain, Shamil Umm Al Thoub, Shamil Al Fujairah, Shamil Al Sharya   

2. Duration of the ‘Win With Shamil’ Campaign   

2.1 The campaign will run from September 25th until November 22nd, 2024 at 12:00 pm. (the "Campaign Period").   

2.2 Emarat reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.   

    

3. Eligibility   

3.1 Participation in the ‘‘Win With Shamil’ campaign is open to all individuals who meet the entry requirements stated in section 1.1.    

3.2 The Emarat project team working on the campaign is excluded from the raffle.   

  

4. Prizes   

4.1 Eight total winners will receive 4 iPhones, 2 Tablets, 2 Headphones. 

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other goods, services, or monetary value. 

4.3 Emarat reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.   

  

5. Drawing of Entries and Winner Selection   

5.1 One winner (a total of 8 winners) will be drawn every week (for 8 weeks) to win 4 iPhones, 2 Tablets, 2 Headphones. 

5.2 The draw will be conducted on October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th and November 6th,13th and 23rd (Emarat, raffle).  

5.3 Participants who haven’t won will still be eligible to enter the raffle before the end of the 8th week.  

5.4 Participants who won once are not eligible to enter the raffle again.  

5.5 The winners will be randomly selected through a manual raffle governed by Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).  

5.6 The winner will be notified via the contact details in the raffle entry coupon within 14 days of the draw.   

5.7 If the winner cannot be contacted within 60 days or fails to provide the necessary documentation, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected after the alignment with the regulator.   

   

6. Redemption of Prize   

6.1 The winner must provide official proof of identity and any other requested documents within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.   

6.2 The winner will be required to visit a designated Emarat location to receive the prize.   

6.3 The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and interviews, to promote the ‘Win With Shamil’ campaign.   

6.4 Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe or comply with the redemption process will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited.   

   

7. Limitation of Liability   

7.1 Emarat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Participant's entry into the campaign or use of the prize.   

7.2 Participants acknowledge that participation in the campaign is at their own risk.   

7.3 While this raffle will be advertised on our EmCan Mobile App, Apple is not a sponsor. Apple is not involved in any way with the sweepstakes nor the campaign.   

   

8. Modification and Termination   

8.1 Emarat reserves the right to modify or terminate the ‘Win With Shamil’ campaign at any time without prior notice.   

8.2 In the event of modification or termination, Emarat shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to participants.   

    

9. Governing Law   

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
