What is EmCan?
EmCan is a loyalty program that allows members to earn and redeem EmCoins when fueling or shopping at Emarat petrol stations and partner brands. Members can access exclusive benefits and rewards through the EmCan app.
What are EmCoins?
EmCoins are an exclusive loyalty currency that you earn every time you transact at Emarat Petrol stations and participating brands.
The EmCoins can be saved, transferred and redeemed against future purchases.
How can I join the EmCan Program?
You can join EmCan by registering on the app. You can find the app App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Go to your corresponding store and just search for "EmCan" to download it on your mobile device.
Finally, you can register. You would need an active UAE number so you can receive an OTP Validation to get your registration started. Once registration is done, you will be able to access all member benefits.
What languages does the EmCan app support?
The app is available in English and Arabic.

How do I earn EmCan points (or EmCoins)?
You can earn EmCoins by fueling or shopping at Emarat stations or Partner Brands
How many points can I earn for each Emarat service?
Bronze Tier
- C-Store (Fresh Plus): 2 EmCoins
- Bakeria (+ Arabica): 2 EmCoins
- Autocare (Carwash + LubEx): 3 EmCoins
- Raffle: 1 Ticket
Silver Tier
- C-Store (Fresh Plus): 3 EmCoins
- Bakeria (+ Arabica): 3 EmCoins
- Autocare (Carwash + LubEx): 4 EmCoins

Gold Tier

Do I need an internet connection to earn or redeem EmCan points?
Yes, an internet connection is required, and Free Wi-Fi is available at all Emarat stations. But, if you are logged in and have no internet connection, you can still pull your QR code to earn.
How can I check my EmCan points balance
It is available on the home screen, at the top. On the blue card under your name, it says “Total Balance”. You can see both, your points balance and its AED equivalent.
How can I view my transaction history?
Tap on the blue card and select “Transactions” to get all the recent transactions. If you want to pull older ones, you can just tap “See All” and select the period.
How do I redeem EmCoins?
To redeem or burn your points, tap on the Burn option on the home screen blue card, and move the slider to select how many points you want to burn. Finally, you can generate the QR Code which once you show it to the staff before you make your payment, it will automatically deduct the selected amount and adjust the total amount to be paid.
You can also open the Burn or Redeem screen by tapping on the QR Code icon at the bottom of the screen, which would open both QR code sections, “Earn” and “Redeem”.
Can I earn and redeem points in a single transaction?
Yes, the Redeem QR Code will do both, burn the amount you selected and earn on the amount to be paid.
The logic is simple, you will earn points on the amount paid only, excluding the amount you burned. For example, if your total is 100 AED, you burn 20 AED and you pay 80 AED, then you will earn points on the 80 AED paid, not the total amount (100 AED).
Can I share my EmCan points with Family and Friends?
Yes, you can transfer your EmCan points to other EmCan users (friends or family). This feature is available in the app under the "Points Transfer" section.
Can I combine other discounts with EmCan points redemption?
No, you can either redeem or use discounted voucher. You can’t combine both.
When do points expire?
Points expire 24 months after being earned, if not used.
Tier Benefits
What are Tiers, and how can I be upgraded?
Tiers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are levels based on points earned annually. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits, such as earning more points per liter of fuel.
What are the different EmCan Tiers?
- Bronze: As a new member, you start with the Bronze tier. You can browse the app, earn points, redeem points for discounts, and enjoy loyalty benefits.
- Silver: Earn 10,000–29,999 points in 12 months to upgrade automatically.
- Gold: Earn more than 30,000 points in 12 months to upgrade automatically.
What happens if I return an item that I have earned/redeemed points for?
When you return an item, you will get back the points you earned from that item or transaction, and you will lose the points you earned. This is automatically processed by the system.
If I delete my EmCan account, can I get my Points back?
No. Deleting your account will also delete your points. A new account can be created with the same phone number, but points will not be transferred.

Towr x EmCan
Through the EmCan app you can book a car recovery powered by Towr. This allows you to book a car recovery and earn points on that transaction.
Skywards x EmCan
Link your Emirates Skywards account to EmCan and effortlessly convert EmCoins to Miles (and vice versa through the Skywards Everyday App). Ts & Cs apply.
How can I earn & convert my EmCoins to Skywards Miles, and vice versa?
To convert points, you must:
- Have an EmCan account
- Have an Emirates Skywards account
- Have a credit card linked in Emirates Skywards
- Have the minimum balance of:
- 2,000 Miles in your Emirates Skywards account, and;

1,000 EmCoins in your EmCan account
- Proceed with linking both accounts
- The points exchange option will then be available to you and conversions happen in real-time
What is the conversion rate?
Converting your Skywards Miles to EmCan Points through the Skywards app follows the below rate:
- 1 Skywards Mile = 2 EmCan points
Minimum transaction value: 2,000 Miles (3,000 EmCan points)
EmCan Points to Skywards Miles
- 10 EmCoins = 1 Skywards Mile
Minimum transaction value: 1,000 EmCan points (100 Skywards Miles)
EtihadWe x EmCan
If you are an Etihad Water & Electricity customer, you can benefit of this exclusive partnership. To do so, please:
- Install the EmCan App and register
- Upon log in, you will be welcomed with an invitation to link your EtihadWE account (using your EtihadWE Business Partner) and select the accounts you would like to link.
Finally, when you pay your EtihadWE invoice within the first 5 days after it’s issued, you will automatically earn 1,000 EmCoins.
How can I earn EmCoins with EtihadWE?
You can earn upto 1,000 EmCoins just by linking your EtihadWE accounts and paying your invoice within the first 5 days after its issuance.

- Start the linking process and enter the same phone number you used to sign up on the Blue app

Ektar x EmCan
As an EmCan member, you will be eligible to earn a significant amount of EmCoins just by applying for a new Banking product from top banks in the UAE.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
How can I update my details in my account?
Yes, go to the menu, access your profile to update:
- Title
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Car information
To update the name or phone number you must contact customer support or Rashed Agent.
How can I cancel my EmCan membership?
Go to Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account to cancel your membership.
Note: Deleting your account will also remove all your points.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I can't access my account. Who should I contact?
Contact us via Rashed Agent, WhatsApp or info@emcan.com
What if my QR code isn’t working at the POS?
Please provide the attendant or Rashed agent or the EmCan Customer Support team via WhatsApp, with your EmCan member identification number (below the QR code). An agent will contact you.
What happens if someone steals my phone and tries to access my account?
Please Contact EmCan customer service at info@emcan.com to deactivate or disconnect your account.
I bought an item at the station but didn’t get my points. What should I do?
Share a picture of your receipt to Rashed Agent or the EmCan Customer Service via info@emcan.com or WhatsApp (+971507591887). Our team will verify the purchase and award the points if eligible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
