1. Introduction: 

The Tiers feature is a part of the EmCan Loyalty Program by Emirates General Petroleum Corporation ("the Program"). By participating in the Tiers feature, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility: 

Participation in the Tiers feature is open to all active members of the EmCan Loyalty Program who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. 

3. Tiers Structure: 

The Tiers feature consists of multiple membership tiers, each offering distinct benefits. The tiers, including their names and associated benefits, are detailed on the Program's official website, on the FAQ section of the EmCan App, and may be subject to change at the discretion of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation. 

4. Qualification and Maintenance: 

Members qualify for a particular tier based on their accumulated qualifying points as follows: 

 - The Tiers feature is composed of 3 levels 

- Level 1 is Bronze, open to all those who have earned up to 9,999 points  

- Level 2 is Silver, open to all those who have earned between 10,000 - 29,999 points 

- Level 3 is Gold, open to all those who have earned more than 30,000+ points 

Once a tier is achieved, members must meet the maintenance requirements to retain their tier status. Failure to meet maintenance requirements may result in a tier downgrade 6 months after their Tier anniversary. 

5. Benefits: 

Each tier offers unique benefits, which may include but are not limited to discounts, bonus points, exclusive promotions, and priority access to certain services. All new benefits will be announced on the App.  

 

6. Tier Upgrades: 

Members may advance to a higher tier by meeting the specified qualification criteria. Tier upgrades will occur in real time. 

 

7. Tier Downgrades: 

Members failing to meet maintenance requirements for their current tier will be downgraded to the lower tier. Downgrades will occur 6 months after the Tier’s anniversary. 

8. Points Expiry: 

Tiers qualifying points expire within 12 months after their earning date. The user can burn his acquired points in station without any impact on the Tiers qualifying points. 

9. Modification and Termination: 

Emirates General Petroleum Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Tiers feature at any time. Notice of any such changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels. 

10. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
